Some basic tips and tricks for getting the most out of paid surveys...

**Be honest! Keep your answers honest and consistent. Lying on qualifiers is the fastest way to get your account banned. Also, you never know what researchers are looking for. I've qualified for interviews because I had NO experience with an app and they wanted to know how it looked to a new user.

**Use audio notifications. I have Cloud Research, MTurk, and UserTesting set up to make an alert sound whenever a new study pops up so I don't have to constantly watch my screen.

**Utilize your time wisely. I'm Eastern Time, so I find I get the most studies between about 10am and 4pm. Evenings are much slower, and weekends are really dead. Pay attention to when you are getting the most studies and try to be most active then.

**Keep the windows open. I use two browser windows with sites open the time. If you are just logging in once or twice a day, you're going to miss alot as they tend to fill up really quickly.

**There are tools to help. Cloud Research allows you to use an auto refresher, which helps with the notifications of new studies. There are extensions to help with MTurk. Use these tools! You will notice a difference in how much you earn.

**Don't undervalue yourself. On some of the get paid sites, surveys are grossly underpaid. Don't be afraid to be selective. On sites like QMee, Survey Junkie, or Swagbucks, I usually only go for surveys that are under 10 minutes, or if they are longer than 15 minutes, then they pay over $1.00.
